Nominasjonsdryss til “12 Years a Slave”

I går ble nominasjonslista til Independent Spirit Awards sluppet, og det er Steve McQueens nye film som er den store nominasjonsvinneren.

“12 Years a Slave”, filmen filmsnakk.no tidligere i høst anslo ville gjøre det skarpest på Oscar-nominasjonslista, har altså gjort det skarpest på Spirit Awards-nominasjonslista. Hele syv nominasjoner ble gitt til slavefilmen.

Rett bak følger Alexander Payne-filmen “Nebraska” med seks nominasjoner, J.C. Chandors “All is Lost” med fire og Coen-brødrenes “Inside Llewyn Davis” med tre. Det samme er gitt til “Short Term 12”, “Fruitvale Station” og Woody Allens “Blue Jasmine”.

Avdøde James Gandolfini fikk for øvrig en nominasjon – som best supporting actor i “Enough Said”.

Independent Spirit Awards vil som vanlig bli avholdt i et telt på en strand, denne gangen med 1. mars som dato. Altså dagen før Oscar-utdelingen.
